Danielle Secor
-
Danielle Secor is the founder of Politicking and Secor Strategies, a political strategist and entrepreneur whose career has spanned government, campaigns, nonprofits, advocacy, and the private sector.
Her work has given her a unique view of New York politics from multiple sides: inside government, advising political organizations and campaigns, and working in the private sector on government affairs and external engagement. Across those roles, Danielle has repeatedly helped build operations, systems, teams, and strategy from the ground up.
She holds graduate degrees in Public Administration and International Relations from Seton Hall University and has worked across campaign management, coalition-building, fundraising, communications, government affairs, and organizational strategy.
Danielle created Politicking after seeing the same challenge across every sector: New York politics runs on relationships, but the infrastructure connecting people, information, opportunities, and institutions remains fragmented.
Politicking is her effort to build that connective infrastructure. Creating stronger relationships across sectors, clearer pathways into the field, and a year-round community for the people powering New York City politics.
